The Dufour family itself, founder of the famous Prestat, created the original recipe for truffles in 1895, skilfully mixing butter, cream, sugar and rich single-origin chocolate among the finest of the time. Ingredients: dark chocolate 76% (cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), whipping cream (milk), butter (milk), glucose syrup, humectant: glycerol, humectant: sorbitol, invert sugar syrup, preservative: sorbic acid.
